At Raptor Equipments, we handle every shipment with the utmost care, aware of the importance of receiving professional equipment within a specified timeframe and with transport methods appropriate to the weight and value of the product.
We work with logistics partners specializing in the transportation of workshop machinery, ensuring safety, traceability, and reliable deliveries throughout Italy and Europe.
🚚 Preparation and shipping times
Most of the equipment is available at our warehouse in Italy.
Once your order is complete:

Preparation of goods: generally within 2–4 working days

Delivery: times vary depending on the destination and the type of equipment

Italy: 3–8 working days

Europe EU: 4–10 working days

For particularly bulky machinery or direct shipments to workshops that are difficult to access, it may be necessary to schedule delivery with the carrier.
📐 Delivery types
Standard delivery with suitable means
The equipment is shipped via specialized couriers equipped with vehicles suitable for heavy and bulky products.
Hydraulic tail lift on request
For some destinations, tail lift service may be available.
Alternatively, the courier may request support equipment available in the workshop (forklift or pallet truck).
Delivery by appointment
When possible, the courier contacts the customer to arrange the most suitable delivery time.
Not always available throughout Italy.

Once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, we send the customer:

possible tracking link (if provided by the carrier)

contact for assistance in case of need
📦 Delivery and verification of the material
Upon delivery we ask you to:

Check the condition of the pallets or packages

Check for any signs of external impacts or damage

Sign with reservation , in case of any doubt
This procedure is important to allow us, if necessary, to immediately open an assistance or transportation claim with the insurance company.
