1. LOCATE SERIAL LABEL

All Raptor equipment is registered and covered by an official 12-month warranty.
📍 On the back of the machine there is a label with the serial number and model.
🔍 Identify and photograph it, it will be essential to start the request.

2. CONTACT SUPPORT

✉️ Send an email to support@raptorequipments.com describing the issue you are experiencing in detail.
📎 Remember to attach a photo of the label and include:

  • Name and surname
  • Address
  • Telephone number

3. ASSISTANCE MANAGEMENT

🔧 Our technicians will process your report promptly.
🚚 As direct manufacturers, we have all original spare parts in stock for quick and hassle-free replacement.

4. SATISFIED CUSTOMER

✅ Once the component has been received and the replacement has been completed, you can get back to work immediately.
